Primary Objective of Position: .
The intern will assist in key projects related to digital platform management, Our shingles campaign execution, and in-person health education initiatives. His/Her roles are designed to be project-based, aligning with legal compliance requirements, and will not involve continuous administrative tasks.
Project/Scope & Expected Outcome:
Project: Comprehensive Shingles Vaccine Marketing Support
Scope:
- Support in maintaining and updating the shingles education website and Digital Waiting Room (DWR) platform
- Assist in tracking user engagement and providing insights for platform enhancement
- Coordinate content updates in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies
- Support the execution of the SDAC 'Our Shingles Stories' campaign, including content development and asset management
- Track campaign KPIs and prepare reports
- Assist in organizing logistics for physical health education events
- Support communication with event partners and stakeholders
- Help with content preparation and on-site execution of educational sessions
Overall
- Basic organizational and project management skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content management systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
For projects:
- Experience in website maintenance or digital platform management is a plus.
- Understanding of campaign execution and content development is beneficial.
- Event planning and coordination experience is advantageous.
Duration : One Year ( 7/1, 2025-6/30, 2026) . (Full time summer and 20hrs per week the rest)
