Vacant Missing Bills Specialists ensure expected vacant bills are received in a timely manner and recover any that are missing. Your performance will help prevent costly late fees and potential disconnects. Come be part of a unified team dedicated to client satisfaction and creating a positive culture.


Responsibilities

  • Investigate missing bills for vacant units and either retrieve them or determine why they cannot be retrieved
  • Ensure Conservice is receiving expected bills for vacant units
  • Communicate with utility providers through phone calls and emails
  • Engage in some written client communication for diverse purposes
  • Confirm mailing addresses and account details
  • Recover any missing vacant bills
  • Assist in recovering all missing bills in billing history
  • Prevent late fees and utility disconnects where possible
