Job DescriptionThe Job Description for the Senior Technical Consultant is as below:
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analysis and Design of Applications using Appian Low Code Platform.
- Analysis and Evaluation of the system programming needs
- Identify limitations in existing systems and processes and recommend solutions.
- Perform technical reviews and assist the development team in resolving technical issues.
- Develop Appian application in line with the system requirements.
- Testing and debug Appian applications and fix issues identified.
- Ensure solution adheres to Appian Best Practices
- Interacting with customers on a daily basis and act as the main point of contact for Customers.
- Working with off-shore teams during the development phase.
To perform the above mentioned duties, the following qualification/experience is required.
- Overall experience of at least 5 years in software development and Testing using the Appian platform.
- Effectively prioritizes work and has excellent problem solving skills
- Knowledge of working and delivering projects using Agile principles.
- Ability to lead a team of Consultants towards a successful Appian implementation
- Ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards, functional as well as nonfunctional requirements.
- Ability to quickly adapt, understand and adhere to Company culture and principles.
- Bachelor's degree in ICT or relevant fields.
Expected Salary - $80K/yr - $130K/yr
