We are looking for a motivated VIE to join the Ruwais LNG mega project team, based on-site in Ruwais Industrial City, United Arab Emirates.
Reporting to the Site Business Administration Manager and the Project Communication Manager based in Paris, the VIE will work closely with both supervisors and operate in an international environment composed of multiple nationalities, with regular interactions with teams based in Paris.
About the tasks:
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Creating quality visual content (photos and videos) to highlight the Ruwais project both internally (within our 3 partners) and with our client, show and document the progress of the work on the project and strengthen the sense of belonging of the teams.
- Contributing to the implementation of editorial, digital, multimedia, and event communication activities.
MULTIMEDIA and BRANDING
- Contributing to photography site progress and events on Site. Image retouching and final selection. • Assisting in video production (site videos, manager interviews, etc.): preparing briefs, scripting, filming, post-production, and editing. • Ensuring the visual identity and graphic charter of the project are maintained, creating quality visual content (photos and videos).
- Organizing and archiving media in the project’s photo and video library.
EDITORIAL and DIGITAL
- Contribute to the preparation of project communication materials (presentations, internal content, newsletters).
- Create and distribute engaging content across key internal channels (Intranet, internal platforms, displays, screens).
- Lead communication initiatives and campaigns in collaboration with on-site project teams and disciplines
EVENTS
- Organizing events to foster team spirit and unite project team members on-site: informational meetings, team-building activities, both in person and online. • Planning on-site events aligned with our Sustainability priorities: World Environment Day, Safety Day, World Quality Week, Family Day. • Coordinating training sessions, both in person and online.
About you:
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Communication or Business.
- As English is the working language, you have excellent spoken and written English skills.
- You are eager to gain international experience as part of a major energy sector project.
- You are proficient in the Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom) and have a strong aesthetic sense in both photography and videography
- You are autonomous, proactive, organized, and resourceful.
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a sense of confidentiality, attention to detail, excellent writing abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
- You are proficient in Office 365.

Skills Required
