Job Description

The VBAT Operations Officer is a senior planner and team lead with operational experience in overseas locations and the ability to receive missions of strategic importance, assign and organize small teams, supervise their training and reporting, and plan and execute their operational deployments. Tactical experience in combat zones and knowledge of managing multi-national services and integrating new capabilities and technologies with partnered forces is highly preferred. Operations Officers must be comfortable routinely engaging key stakeholders and partners on matters of strategic importance. 

What You'll Do:

• Plan and supervise the deployment of small aviation teams in a hostile overseas environment. 
• Act in a liaison capacity to strategic foreign partners and customers as they integrate new technologies into their armed forces.

Required Qualifications:

• Senior NCO or Officer Professional Military Education
• Deployed operational experience in a leadership role 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Special Operations or Combat Arms assignment experience. 
• JTAC certification 
• Experience coordinating airspace

Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. All offers are contingent on a cleared background and possible reference check.
