Uzbek and/or Russian-Speaking Senior Content Writer

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Develop high-quality content for landing pages, banners, social media, and other digital assets, ensuring adherence to creative standards and regulatory requirements across regional digital platforms.
• Lead content projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment with business objectives.
• Conceptualise and present creative ideas for brand awareness videos and campaigns, following platform best practices to enhance performance.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and messaging guidelines, maintaining consistency across all marketing assets.
• Set performance targets for content team members and monitor their progress accordingly.
• Provide regular, constructive feedback to team members and support them in implementing improvements.
• Manage and incorporate feedback from cross-functional stakeholders while safeguarding brand consistency and guidelines.

Main requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or in any other related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in the financial services industry will be considered an advantage.
• Experience with AI content tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian and Uzbek.
• Creative and passionate about content creation.
• Ability to deliver high-quality content across multiple digital channels.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• High attention to detail.
