MarshMcLennan has an exciting opportunity for a UX/UI Product Designer to join our team in our Office in México City This role is within our dynamic and growing DIGITAL MARKETING COE team.

We will count on you to:

  • Collaborate with senior designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Assist in designing the user interface and improving user experience for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests, to gather feedback and improve designs.
  • Participate in design reviews, contributing to the design process and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  • Help in the creation of user personas, user journeys, and other design documents.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to improve design practices.
  • Support the team in preparing assets for development.

What you need to have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in UI/UX design or related field (internships or freelance work included).
  • Strong understanding of UI design principles and UX methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe
  • Knowledge of basic web technologies (HTML, CSS) to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
  • Strong attention to detail and visual design sensibility.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
  • English language fluency
