Job Description

Sia Partners is seeking a highly motivated and creative UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team. We specialize in understanding the intricate challenges faced by large enterprises and pride ourselves on crafting groundbreaking solutions for our clients. We're looking for a curious, resourceful, and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about human-centered design and can collaborate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary experts within our organization. 

Responsibilities: 
As a UX/UI Consultant at Sia Partners, your mission will involve: 

• Understanding Client Expectations: Proactively offer innovative solutions by comprehensively understanding client needs and requirements. 

• Data Analysis: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, observations, and user behaviors to extract insights, gaining a deep understanding of user needs and motivations. 

• Persona and Journey Creation: Contribute to the development of personas and user journeys, effectively communicating user needs, motivations, pain points, and opportunities for enhancing user experience. 

• Collaborative Interface Design: Work closely with clients to gather necessary information for designing interfaces that align with their business goals and technical constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, copywriters, and graphic artists, to create seamless user experiences. 

• Prototype Development: Translate solution concepts into prototypes for user testing, ensuring designs are user-friendly and aligned with client requirements. 

• Workshop Facilitation: Design, prepare, and contribute to workshops and collaborative co-creation sessions. Create support materials and deliverables, including prototypes and other artifacts, arising from these sessions. 

• Innovative Tool Design: Conceive and design customized tools, including physical or virtual games, tailored to meet specific client needs. 

Qualifications

• Master degree in UX/UI Design, or related field. 
• Proven experience in interface design, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and user-centered solutions. 
• Proficiency in using design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision. 
• Solid understanding and application of human-centered design principles and empathy methods. 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. 
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and deliverable quality. 
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
