- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and articulate your rationale behind content choices.
- Proficiency in understanding complex financial concepts and translating them into clear, user-friendly language.
- Familiarity with design tools, UX/UI principles, and an understanding of the design process.
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for maintaining consistent brand voice and tone.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
