UX Writer/Technical Writer

About the Role:

We’re hiring a Technical Writer to help clean up, standardize, and improve all written content inside our software.

Responsibilities:

• Audit and edit existing in-app texts: notifications, tooltips, dialogs, etc.
• Rewrite unclear messages and propose user-friendly alternatives.
• Collaborate closely with the UI/UX engineer and developers to define content tone, structure, and logic.
• Document content style guidelines.
• Ensure consistency and clarity across all textual elements.

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing or UX writing for digital products.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and friendly copy.
• Familiarity with writing for B2B, engineering, or software-heavy environments.
• Excellent grammar, proofreading skills, and language precision.
• Experience working with design and development teams.
