About this role
As a UX writer and content designer at Klook, you’re an advocate for Klook design, shaping product experiences with clear, expressive writing in Klook’s style. You engage users, help them complete tasks, and make complex product features and concepts intuitive and easy to understand. You help set the vision for content and drive a cohesive style and product narratives across multiple product verticals and touchpoints. You’re a strong content partner, and collaborate cross-functionally with researchers, product managers, designers, engineers, marketing, localization, business teams, and customer support, to establish cohesive language and a unified voice across Klook’s products and platforms. You use empathy, logic and data to inform content choices and recommendations, whether that be with words, images, or data.
What you'll do

Craft, proofread, and edit concise UI content with clear information structure for all Klook products

Gather and incorporate feedback from cross-functional stakeholders

Contribute to developing innovative UX writing and content design solutions to complex user, product, and business problems.

Contribute to and evolve Klook’s UX writing and content design processes, systems and frameworks

Influence Klook’s UX writing and content design priorities, and be an advocate for UX writing within Klook

Conduct and contribute to user research and testing to find ways to improve the customer experience

Build alignment by collaborating with product managers, team members, and other cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., marketing, legal, engineering) to develop product narrative and vision
What you'll need
-
Native-level proficiency in English

Working-level proficiency in Mandarin

1-2 years of experience in writing, UX writing, editorial, marketing, or related

A writing portfolio or website showing samples of your writing for different platforms, including but not limited to interface copy, emails etc.

Experience using Figma

Strong work ethic, communication skills and empathy

Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
