We are seeking a high-caliber UX/UI Specialist for a contract engagement within our commercial practice. You will serve as the technical design authority for a key project, steering user experience integrity across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can architect both the functional logic (how Communities and Ideas work) and the visual identity (branding, themes, and CMS) for both Customer and Partner Communities.
Responsibilities:
- Experience Design: Lead the design and implementation of intuitive, accessible user experiences that meet high-quality industry standards.
- Interface Architecture: Manage and oversee the end-to-end design of UI components within Salesforce and AWS environments to ensure all solutions remain user-centric.
- Accessibility Leadership: Drive accessibility testing and validation processes, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure usability for all users.
- Design Engineering: Implement advanced prototyping and wireframing tools to visualize complex data flows across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data 360 and Agentforce.
- Mentorship: Provide UX/UI guidance and best practices to development and consulting teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Product Alignment: Maintain and apply expert knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and modern design standards.
Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of experience managing UX/UI cycles, specifically within the Salesforce suite.
- Significant experience with the Salesforce suite of products, especially Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data 360, Marketing Cloud, and/or Agentforce.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align creative solutions with private-sector business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Deep familiarity with accessibility standards and modern design system requirements.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing design for large, complex projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce UX Designer certification, or equivalent (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, HFI).
- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
