We are looking for a UX/UI Product Designer that will take full ownership of the end-to-end user experience — from research and ideation to polished, high-impact designs. Work across cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas into intuitive interfaces, ensuring consistency through a cohesive design system and style guide.

- 2-4 years of experience designing complex platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication or a related field.
- A portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking, with a focus on Web / SaaS products, showing clear UX rationale and polished UI execution.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including experience working with component libraries/design systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive and elegant interfaces.
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to contribute to a strong team culture.

- Hands-on experience building or maintaining a Design System.
