- Tertiary qualification in Design, HCI, or
a related field.
- Proven ability to lead teams, scale
systematic design practices, and embed efficient workflows.
- Strong expertise in Figma, prototyping
software, and the MS Office suite, with knowledge o
- AI-assisted design
technologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of branding,
marketing, data, social media, business analysis, and development.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both
craft-level design and systems-level thinking.
- Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and
influencing skills for senior stakeholders.
- Ability to perform under pressure, meet
deadlines, and maintain organisational efficiency.
- Empathetic, collaborative, proactive, and
positive mindset, with a willingness to be challenged and continuously grow.
