Abilities: Bring strong IA and interaction design expertise, proven user‑testing and accessibility awareness, polished communication skills, and a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design craft and problem‑solving.
Experience: 5–9 years of experience designing complex digital products
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Location: This job is hybrid and will require you to be in the Maitland office 25% of the time.

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Position Compensation Range:
$88,000.00 - $149,900.00Alegeus may use AI technology during candidate interviews. The uses include recording, note-taking, and summarizing candidate interviews.
