What You’ll Do
- Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that solve real problems for our customers.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Build and iterate on design concepts based on customer feedback.
- Contribute to new feature development and enhance existing functionality.
- Work on multiple projects with guidance from senior team members.
- Partner closely with developers to bring designs to life.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer (or relevant internship/bootcamp experience).
- Strong foundation in UX fundamentals: wireframing, user flows, and prototyping.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Framer.
- Portfolio demonstrating your design thinking and process.
- Understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Eagerness to learn and grow with our team.
- Availability to work from our Brisbane City office when required.
Nice to Have:
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS).
- Awareness of WCAG accessibility principles.
- Experience working in collaborative environments.
