What you can expect 🌱 

• Work to agile best practices and cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders. You’ll be using your technical skills to problem solve with our clients, as well as working on internal projects 
• Live in-person whiteboarding sessions to problem solve as a team, alongside asynchronous communication on Teams 
• Hybrid working with the team on client site or in our office a minimum of two days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.

• Foundational knowledge of UX/UI principles and methodologies. 
• Hands-on experience with design tools for creating prototypes and design systems. 
• Experience with usability testing, user research, and analysis of insights to inform design decisions
• Work within cross-functional teams, contributing to discussions and design solutions. 
• Offer creative ideas in client discussions and internal projects. 
• Support senior team members in design initiatives and client proposals. 

Essential requirements ✅

• You thrive in problem-solving and analytical thinking  
• You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment 
• A proactive and enthusiastic UX/UIDesigner (User Experience, User Interface, User Research) with a passion for creating user-centred designs. 
• We’re looking for designers who understand how to design for AI-powered experiences and also use AI to enhance their own creative process. You’ll help shape smart, responsive products while using tools like generative design, prototyping with AI, and prompt-based exploration to work faster and more creatively.
• Comfortable working across all PA industries including Consumer & Manufacturing, Public Sector, Defence & Security, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services and Transport 
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills to articulate design decisions effectively. 
• Ability to work independently on design tasks while seeking guidance when needed. 
• A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and peers. 
• Eagerness to contribute to internal digital design initiatives and stay updated with industry trends. 

Assessment process ⚖️

• Round 1: A competency interview (45 mins) 
• Round 2: Case study presentation (60 mins) 
• Final round 🎉: Meeting with a PA leader (60 mins)
