Job PurposeOwn end-to-end UI/UX design—from understanding users and defining information architecture to delivering high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and evolving a consistent design system that improves usability and accessibility.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- User-centered UI/UX design
- User flows & high-fidelity UI design
- Prototyping (Figma, InVision, ProtoPie)
- Stakeholder alignment via clickable prototypes
- User research (interviews, surveys)
- Usability testing & iterative improvement
- Information architecture & wireframing
- Design systems (tokens/components)
- Accessibility (WCAG)
- Cross-functional collaboration (product & engineering)
- Analytical problem-solving
- Clear stakeholder communication
- Figma proficiency
