Who we're looking for
Remedy is looking for a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity. As a UX/UI Designer within the Marketing Department, you will play a critical role in shaping the digital presence and brand identity of Remedy. You will work closely with the Revenue team to design and implement layouts, visual elements, and the overall usability of our website and marketing collateral.
What you will do
- Design and implement website layouts, ensuring a seamless user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas for web pages and marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain visual consistency across all marketing collateral, including graphics, icons, and logos.
- Implement your designs using Wix or similar web-building tools, integrating custom code when necessary.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, present design concepts, and iterate based on feedback.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Remedy’s visual brand, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Measure and analyze website performance and its impact on business outcomes using tools like Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity.
- Use data-driven insights to iterate on designs, enhancing user experience and optimizing conversion rates.
- Manage multiple ongoing design projects, prioritizing tasks and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
What should my qualifications be?
- 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or UX/UI Designer, with significant experience in web design.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Canva.
- Experience with Wix or equivalent web-building tools, including the ability to implement custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity to gather user insights.
- Experience in illustration and/or animation is a plus.
- Additional coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) are highly valued.

What We Do
Remedy Product Studio works with founders on strategy, execution, and launch of digital products. We collaborate with Seed to Series C companies across healthcare, data, and finance/commerce technology. We have been a long-term partner to companies including ClassPass, HealthReveal, H1 Insights, Sommsation, Ash, and Caraway Health. Partners are typically with us for 3 years, and we engage our venture network to guide them through an average of 2 fundraises, helping them secure investors like Google Ventures, Greycroft, and Serena Ventures. We work closely with investors to fill out rounds and invest in select partners in the form of sweat equity. So, what does a Remedy partnership look like? - Each Remedy team works exclusively with a single partner to synthesize company objectives, create a roadmap, and then deliver a product. - With our unique flavor of agile methodology, our product-led teams distill a partner’s broad vision into a lean scope that can be delivered and tested in a short time frame. - Our cross-functional teams work on product management, full stack and data engineering, DevOps, architecture, QA, and UX/UI design. Throughout a partnership, we gather product metrics to inform long-term technology and business strategy.
