Veepee is looking for a UX/UI Designer for its Growth Marketing team. Attached to the Lead of UX/UI, the person in this position will be responsible for executing the UX vision for the Veepee front experience. You will ensure the optimization of the customer journey across all Veepee sites by analyzing the performance of each step in the user path.
🎯 TASKS
UX/UI Vision and Strategy
Deliver the UX/UI front vision for all Veepee sites and apps in collaboration with marketing, business, and Tech teams.
Ensure a flawless and coherent user experience across all devices.
Contribute to the performance improvement of Veepee platforms by monitoring defined KPIs and business value.
Propose best practices and innovative solutions to address e-commerce challenges, specifically the flash sales model.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the group Design System.
Collaboration Business - Tech
Work closely with Business and Product Tech teams to design UX/UI solutions that balance business expectations with technical complexity.
Maintain the quality of business requests and technical deliveries to ensure high-performing evolutions.
Support the definition of Tech Roadmaps and the prioritization of projects through design validation and delivery.
Team Contribution
Participate actively in team rituals and collaborative planning to ensure a performing organization.
Maintain high-quality deliveries and stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends and innovations.
👉 MUST HAVE skills
At least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a main focus on e-commerce environments.
Proactive, organized, and autonomous in moving projects forward.
Strong understanding of the e-commerce universe, particularly platforms with high daily traffic volumes.
Results-oriented with a capacity to identify and improve process weaknesses.
Comfortable working with a wide range of departments, including IT, Data Science, Legal, and Finance.
Fluent level of English is a must.
International experience is a plus.

The Marketing Growth team is dedicated to acquiring new customers, retaining existing customers and improving the user experience on all channels
You will join a team of 5 UX/UI designers plus a Lead UX/UI, 1 Head of SEO; 2 BPOs (definition of the business needs); and 1 Product analyst.
We are the owner of the Front roadmaps and SEO strategy at a group level, coordinating and consolidating inputs from a wide range of different teams, from IT teams to Data science, legal, finance, logistics, commercial or operational; and leading several initiatives from the Group
