- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Advanced Figma skills (Auto Layout, components, variants, libraries, prototyping)
- Strong visual hierarchy and layout skills
- Conversion-focused design principles (hierarchy, clarity, persuasion, trust, friction reduction, mobile-first UX)
- Experience with eCommerce design (landing pages, home, collection, PDP, cart, checkout)
