About this PositionPrimerica’s CRM product team is seeking a UX designer with experience working with Pega and Pega Sales Automation. This role requires a unique blend of strategic and creative thinking, combined with ‘hands-on’ execution skills as well as a strong sense of leadership and collaboration skills. Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design or other related field and 6 years of experience with UX creative design with the bulk of the experience in digital problem solving.
- 6 - 10 years of experience.
- Expert of Pega and Pega Sales Automation Tools.
- Creation of strong visuals to help create narratives and help facilitate understanding of design concepts along with experience in workshop facilitation is a plus.
- Work with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives and be responsible for ensuring our UX creative excellence.
- Be involved in translating business goals into designs and high-fidelity prototypes that can be used to test and validate with users through design sprints.
- Produce and present readiness documents to development teams and stakeholders to ensure design is implemented consistently with intent.
- Derive actionable insights to continuously improve experiences.
- Act as a strategic liaison between Primerica and the supporting third parties, evaluating work and sharing feedback.
- Help internal stakeholders and external partners uphold quality, consistency and alignment across all initiatives.
- Communicate ideas and sell concepts, with an aptitude for negotiation.
- Demonstrate strong social skills and the ability to influence others without coercion, using relationship-based, emotionally intelligent persuasion.
- A deep respect for collaboration and partnership is a must.
- Field research experience and strong understanding of usability testing a plus.
- 5+ years of experience with Digital applications.
- Excellent skills in UX design, interaction design, and visual design showcased in a portfolio.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Create Suite, XD or similar software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
