• Conduct user research, create personas, map user journeys, and design flows to guide product development.
• Translate customer insights into well-documented UX requirements, ensuring clarity in the development process.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create Jira tickets that transform research insights and design decisions into technical tasks.
• Maintain and update comprehensive documentation, including research findings, UX specifications, and design system changes.
• Advocate for a user-first approach throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring that every feature aligns with the overall user experience.
• Contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and usability across all products.
• Stay current on UX best practices and trends, particularly in the data security domain, and continuously improve the product experience.
• Evaluate feature requests to ensure they align with the overall user experience and assess if existing features can meet the requirements.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in creating and maintaining product documentation, user stories, and UX specifications.
• Strong ability to gather customer requirements and translate them into actionable design and technical tasks.
• Familiarity with design and collaboration tools like Figma, Miro, Sketch, Jira, and Confluence.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate UX decisions.
• A proactive mindset with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to think holistically about the user journey, while drilling down into specific pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Why Join Us:
• Impactful work: Your role will directly shape how our customers interact with our data security products, influencing usability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborative environment: You’ll work alongside passionate, driven professionals in a supportive and dynamic team.
• Remote flexibility: Work remotely with flexibility and autonomy while contributing to a growing, innovative company in the data security field.
