We’re looking for a UX Researcher to strengthen our remote delivery teams.
What You’ll Do- Lead the full research lifecycle: Design, plan, and conduct mixed-method research (Qualitative/Quantitative, Behavioural/Attitudinal) to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and new opportunities.
- Generate and act on insights: Analyze new and existing research findings, synthesize qualitative data into compelling evidence, and translate complex research into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.
- Establish and advocate for research: Define and manage the user research process (discovery, validation, prototyping) in collaboration with Product Design and Data teams.
- Collaborate and coach: Work closely with Product Owners and Designers to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders, and coach team members on best research practices and user-centered design principles.
- Execution support: Handle essential research logistics, including recruiting participants, scheduling tests/interviews, and supporting designers in developing research questions and hypotheses.
RequirementsWhat You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience conducting User Research;
- Deep expertise across the full research lifecycle, proficient in both qualitative (interviews, ethnography, persona development) and quantitative methods;
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights;
- Hands-on experience managing research logistics, including participant recruitment and scheduling interviews/tests;
- Experience facilitating Usability tests and interviews for software products, with familiarity with remote testing tools;
- Experience collaborating effectively with Agile product development teams;
- A University Degree in a relevant field (Master’s or PhD is a plus).
