What we’re looking forWe’re looking for a researcher who balances curiosity and rigor — someone who loves asking why, tests how, and measures what’s working. You’re as comfortable in a user interview as you are interpreting event data or survey results, and you know how to connect human stories with product metrics.
3–6 years of experience in UX research, human-centered design, or a related role.
Proficiency in qualitative methods (interviews, usability testing, concept testing).
Experience with survey design, data analysis, and working with behavioral data (e.g., from analytics tools) is a plus
Strong synthesis skills, distilling findings into insights that influence design and product decisions.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to bring research to life for cross-functional teams.
Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments with shifting priorities.
Experience working closely with designers, PMs, and data scientists.
