- A professional who’s hands-on with modern research tools (Dovetail, Maze, UserTesting, Figma, Notion) and eager to explore AI-assisted research and analytics.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end research across markets, ensuring findings inform product and business strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams to define learning goals and prioritize research opportunities.
- Design and execute mixed-method studies (qualitative + quantitative) to evaluate experiences, concepts, and market fit.
- Integrate behavioral data, experiments, and user feedback into cohesive insights in partnership with analytics and data science.
- Apply AI and data tools (R, Python, SQL) for data processing, visualization, and pattern detection.
- Translate complex findings into clear narratives and visual stories for diverse audiences.
- Identify cultural nuances and behavioral differences that shape trust and adoption across countries.
- Contribute to the global research roadmap, aligning insights with business OKRs and long-term goals.
- Build and scale research systems, repositories, and dashboards to democratize insights across the organization.
- Collaborate with design, product, and engineering to test, iterate, and validate new ideas that enhance the Rover experience worldwide.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Behavioral Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in UX, market, or behavioral research, ideally within digital product teams or marketplaces.
- Strong foundation in qualitative methods (in-depth interviews, diary studies, ethnography, co-creation workshops).
- Familiarity with survey and experimental design, sampling, and statistical validation.
- Proven ability to synthesize qualitative data into actionable frameworks, journeys, and insights.
- Working knowledge of data analysis tools (R, Python, SQL) for quantitative research and pattern discovery.
- Awareness of AI-assisted research workflows for coding, clustering, or synthesis.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Growth, and Data Science to align insights with business decisions.
- Fluent in English; other European languages (German, French, or Spanish) are a plus.
