UX Researcher

Lucidya is looking for a Mid-Level UX Researcher to join our team and help us create seamless, data-driven user experiences. As a UX Researcher at Lucidya, you will play a crucial role in understanding user behaviors, pain points, and needs to shape our product strategy. You will collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure our products are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user expectations. Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute user research studies to uncover insights that drive product decisions.
• Conduct usability testing, interviews, surveys, and data analysis to understand user behaviors and pain points.
• Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for the design and product teams.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to incorporate research insights into the product development process.
• Leverage analytics tools, heatmaps, and session recordings to validate qualitative findings.
• Advocate for inclusive and accessible design solutions based on user research.

Maintain and manage research repositories for knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

• 2-4 years of experience in UX research, usability testing, or human-centered design.
• Experience with user testing platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Hotjar), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Heap), and survey tools (Typeform, SurveyMonkey).
• Experience in setting and achieving KPIs.
• A portfolio showcasing your research work is required.
• Experience conducting research in B2B SaaS or enterprise software is a plus.
