We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Researcher to join our Product Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user research and a passion for understanding user needs and behaviours. This role will support our Product Managers, Product Designers and GTM teams by conducting user testing and research for AI Cloud, allowing them to focus on other critical tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct user research studies, including usability testing, interviews, surveys and contextual inquiries.
- Analyze and synthesize research findings to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and other stakeholders to integrate user research into the product development process.
- Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps and other research artifacts to inform product decisions.
- Advocate for the user by presenting research findings and insights to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and apply them to improve research methodologies.
- Contribute to the development of a user-centered design culture within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UX research, preferably within the cloud services or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Experience with various user research tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with AI and its applications is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
