What you will work on

As a UX Researcher at Novibet in Athens, Greece, you’ll help the team of product designers, product managers, and engineers understand user needs. You’ll work with stakeholders across functions and levels and have impact at all stages of product development. You’ll play a critical role in creating a useful and usable product and drive change through research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with designers, engineers, product and business teams to identify research topics
  • Design and execute end-to-end user research using appropriate methods
  • Design studies that address both user behavior and attitudes and establish sustainable and scalable UX processes
  • Communicate results effectively and in compelling and creative ways
  • Understand and balance business requirements and technical constraints with user needs
  • Generate insights that fuel ideation and innovation
  • Analyze competitors’ experience and identify opportunities and innovations
  • Provide designers and product stakeholders with insights of the users’ expectations
  • Understand user pain points and unmet needs and encourage design iteration
  • Develop and maintain user personas, user journey maps, and other user-centered design artifacts
  • Make research findings convincing and actionable for experts and non-experts
  • Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in UX research and design
  • Contribute to the Research Operations team to standardize and scale the impact of user research across the organization

What you bring

  • Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field (equivalent practical experience will be considered)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting user research in a professional setting
  • Proven experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers
  • Ability to analyze user behavior and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate research findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with team members, stakeholders, and users
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to think critically, identify patterns, and generate meaningful insights from research data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
