  • Identify and implement workflow and process improvements, including automation, documentation, and tooling strategies to improve visibility and reduce friction.

  • Collaborate with design leads to develop clear timelines, milestone plans, and delivery checkpoints that support accountability.

  • Own and evolve project tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Figma, ProductBoard) and maintain team documentation, briefs, and review records.

  • Empower designers by creating structure around handoffs, stakeholder reviews, and team rituals.

  • Support continuous improvement through feedback loops, retrospective facilitation, and structured iteration on process.

Competencies

  • Experience: 3-5 years in design operations, UX program coordination, project management, or a related role.

  • Design Tools: Familiarity with modern design tools and workflows (Figma, JIRA, ProductBoard).

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Benefits

  • Cafeteria points (meal plan, pension insurance, travel, free time activities, multisport card, and more)

  • Tuition reimbursement for job-related courses

  • Sustainable home improvement bonus

  • Learning & Development plan

  • Mac/Windows laptop

  • The chance to join a major global tech company listed on the S&P 500
