We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates from a technology university with a strong foundation in data analysis. The successful candidate will assist in transforming raw data into actionable insights to support business decision-making, with a focus on supporting sales and marketing teams through report distribution
Role and Responsibilities
🛠️ What you’ll do:
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and analysis of large datasets to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel and Power BI.
- Support sales and marketing teams by distributing basic reports and providing data-driven insights to enhance decision-making.
- Ensure data quality by identifying and resolving data inconsistencies or errors.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards using DAX for advanced data analysis and visualization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
- Sales Force metadata management
💡 What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization.
- Basic understanding of SQL principles and querying databases.
- Familiarity with ETL processes is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI and DAX for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
🎯 Bonus points for:
- Experience with Excel VBA macros
- Basic understanding of SQL principles and querying databases.
- Familiarity with ETL processes is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI and DAX for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
- Experience with Sales Force
