We are seeking an Enterprise UX Lead to help reimagine a global intranet platform used by employees worldwide. This role will define and guide the experience strategy across the platform ecosystem—including structural foundations, employee-facing workflows, intelligent search and AI experiences, and enterprise authoring tools.
The UX Lead will drive the design vision for scalable, accessible, and intelligent digital experiences. This role combines systems thinking, experience architecture, and UX leadership to create a cohesive platform that supports discoverability, productivity, and content governance at enterprise scale.
The successful candidate will lead UX practitioners, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and champion user-centered design practices that balance usability, innovation, and business objectives.
HIERARCHY:
Reports to Digital Practice Area Manager – Experience Design (New Era). Collaborates closely with Product Management, Engineering, and key business stakeholders across the organization.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Experience Strategy & Platform Leadership
- Define and drive the holistic UX vision and strategy for the enterprise intranet platform.
- Ensure alignment between platform architecture, user journeys, intelligent systems, and authoring tools.
- Partner with leadership to define priorities and allocate resources for successful delivery.
- Platform Foundations & Information Architecture
- Own and evolve the structural experience layer, including:
- Navigation models and information architecture
- Design foundations and core component systems
- Enterprise page templates and layout systems
- Define scalable structural patterns and reusable layouts to ensure platform consistency and maintainability.
- Collaborate with engineering to define wrapper logic, interaction states, and scalable front-end behaviors.
- Intelligent Experiences (Search, Metadata & AI)
- Guide UX strategy for the platform’s intelligent experience layer, including:
- Enterprise search and contextual discovery
- Filters, facets, query refinement, and ranking transparency
- Taxonomy and metadata systems
- Conversational AI and chatbot interactions
- Generative and AI-assisted user experiences
- Partner with engineering and data teams to improve findability and intelligent behavior across the platform.
- Authoring & Content Creation Experience
- Own the enterprise content authoring and publishing experience, including:
- Content creation and editing workflows
- Review and approval processes
- Localization and translation workflows
- Personalization and audience segmentation
- Publishing lifecycle management and governance
- Ensure CMS and authoring platforms align with enterprise UX standards and design systems.
- Lead integration of AI-assisted authoring capabilities such as smart tagging, accessibility prompts, and content recommendations.

- Deep expertise in design systems, information architecture, workflow design, and platform UX.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years in UX, product design, or enterprise digital platform design.
- Proven success designing large-scale digital systems or platforms.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex UX initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, product, content, and business stakeholders.
- Experience designing AI-powered, workflow-heavy, or enterprise platform experiences preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make complex ideas simple and consumable for diverse audiences.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Distinguished portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital platforms, complex systems, or enterprise UX.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Passion for innovation and curiosity about emerging technologies such as AI.
