The Role
We’re looking for a versatile Marketing & Brand Designer to own our website redesign and be our go-to for design needs across the business. From landing pages to OOH ads, you’ll shape how Campfire shows up in the world.
What You’ll Do
Lead the end-to-end redesign of our marketing website (structure, design, UX, and handoff to development)
Design marketing assets: ads, landing pages, sales collateral, event graphics, and more
Create brand systems (colors, typography, visuals) that scale across channels
Partner with Marketing to deliver creative for campaigns, content, and socialCollaborate with Product to keep our marketing site and brand aligned with product design
Jump in on one-off projects (OOH, swag, presentation decks, etc.) as needed
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in graphic, marketing, or brand design (agency or in-house startup preferred)
Strong web/UX design skills, with experience redesigning SaaS websites
A portfolio that shows range: brand systems, websites, and marketing assets
Proficiency in Figma (bonus: Webflow, Illustrator, After Effects)
Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment — able to go from big picture to tactical quickly
A systems thinker who can create reusable design patterns, not just one-offs
Bonus: experience with OOH campaigns or motion design
