UX Designer

We are currently searching for a UX Designer:

Responsibilities

Interaction Design & Prototyping:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Utilize tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the
• design process.
• Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Financial Domain Understanding:
• Develop a strong understanding of financial concepts, products, and services.
• Design solutions that address the unique challenges and complexities of the financial industry.
• Stay up to date on new financial technologies and trends

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design, a strong portafolio is a must with enterprise solutions, story Ux cases (Issue, challenges, solution, final product) and Ux researcher designer.
• A solid understanding of financial products, services, and user behaviors within the financial domain.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, including advanced prototyping and design system management.
• Proven ability to solve complex design challenges with creative, scalable solutions.
• Confident presentation skills; ability to explain the "why" behind a design to non-designers.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote, cross-functional environment.

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
