Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on UX Designer to drive the user experience across our e-commerce and retail platforms. This role will be pivotal in shaping how customers interact with our digital products, from browsing and buying to managing prescriptions and engaging with pet health content.
Key Responsibilities
• Interaction Design: Improve user flows following retail best practices for user-facing digital products based on user profiles and scenarios.
• Customer-Centric Design fundamentals: Interpret user research findings to design items and strategies to improve overall experience. Participate inusability testing, AB testing and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, marketers, and customer service teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Retail & Ecommerce Optimization: Enhance user journeys across product discovery, checkout, subscription management, and mobile experiences.
• Prototyping & Validation: Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interaction models to test and validate design concepts.
• Accessibility & Inclusivity: Familiar with design practices and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
• Design Systems: Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency across platforms.
Qualifications
• 4+ years of UX design experience.
• Proven track record in ecommerce and/or retail UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and measurable impact.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms.
• Deep understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
• Experience with A/B testing, analytics tools, and customer feedback loops.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity ecommerce and related digital experiences.
Experience working in agile environments and with cross-functional teams.
