About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. As a Senior Designer, you will work under the guidance of the UX Design Manager and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional SaaS product experiences. You will be responsible for translating business objectives and user needs into intuitive designs that are consistent with our brand and style guidelines, while also applying Human-Centered Design (HCD) and Design Thinking principles


Requirements

What you'll do:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective design solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end UX design for product features, from research and concepting to high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
  • Apply Human-Centered Design and Design Thinking practices to ideation, prototyping, and validation.
  • Create and maintain scalable Figma component libraries and design systems.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with brand and style guidelines, and are inclusive and accessible.
  • Foster collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of design solutions.
  • Contribute to a culture of experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:

  • 6–8 years of professional experience in UX Design, preferably in SaaS products.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma (components, variables, prototyping, design systems).
  • Solid understanding and application of Human-Centered Design / Design Thinking methodologies.
  • Experience designing enterprise-level workflows, dashboards, or admin tools.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful SaaS UX projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field.

Nice to Have:

  • HFI CUA / CXA certification.
  • Google UX certification.
  • IBM Design Thinking badges.
  • Portfolio with SaaS-based or data visualization projects.
  • Experience with e-learning, compliance, or cybersecurity-related tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics and usability testing tools (eg. Pendo, Hotjar).
