Mō te tūranga | What you’ll be doing    

Reporting to the Experience Practice Lead, the UX Designer works in a cross-functional squad, ensuring that, based on insight, we’re delivering best-in-class experiences for new and existing customers from a UX, visual and interaction design perspective.  

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Iteratively designing highly engaging digital products and experiences, from wireframes and prototypes, to fully tailored interface design  
  • Working cohesively within a cross functional team of specialists ensuring delivery of cohesive end-to-end experiences  
  • Enabling our brands to be brought to life in new and engaging ways which drive depth of emotional engagement and strong commercial performance  
  • Ensuring designs are launched and maintained with a clear focus on high-quality outcomes for customers and our business  
  • Proactively spotting opportunities to enhance outcomes for users and think about the conceptual and holistic aesthetics of our digital platforms

We are looking for a creative designer who brings their visual design expertise and proficiency with tools like Figma to the table. Your strong problem-solving skills, paired with commercial acumen, will help you tackle challenges head-on. Your natural curiosity drives you to deliver cohesive experiences, and your proactive nature ensures you take ownership and deliver results. As a team player with excellent communication skills, you're open to new ideas and ways of doing things, making you a perfect fit for our dynamic team!
