UX Designer

We are looking for a UX designer with proven work experience in software design. We need someone capable of finding creative ways to solve UX and business problems (e.g. Desirability, Feasibility, Viability). Someone who is able to build solutions using research insights, data, and experience.

Someone who is comfortable with and enjoys “getting into the weeds” and working hands-on.

In this role, you’ll get to

• Create wireframes, storyboards, screen flows, and prototypes at different levels of fidelity
• Conduct research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
• Work across multiple teams, developers, and the product manager to drive design and vision for our users
• Apply strategic thinking to visualize ideas and communicate them to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with developers from early stage to generate feasible concepts and solutions
• Take full ownership of all UX research and design

Experience and Skillset

• Minimum 3 years industry experience
• Strong knowledge of the end to end iterative product design process
• Expert knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
• Proficiency in product design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Origami, or Principal
• The ability to craft beautiful designs and delightful experiences
• Profound knowledge in visual design, interaction, and product design
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including development, product management and research
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• The ability to help stakeholders to understand the “why” behind your design rationale
