UX Designer

Job Description:

Senior Experience Designer (Contract) – 6 Months | Immediate Start | Sydney

Merkle, a leader in data-driven customer experience, is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to join our team on a 6-month contract. You’ll help shape meaningful digital experiences for top brands, working alongside a collaborative team of designers, strategists, analysts, and developers.

This exciting project is largely visual first - plus Product Design, UX, UI, Look & feel. We are looking for someone with strong visual design skills, highly proficient with doing concept work, Mood Boards, Visual Design Direction.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design of engaging, user-centered digital experiences
• Translate research into actionable insights and design rationale
• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Facilitate workshops and present design concepts to stakeholders
• Continuously explore new tools and design methods

What You Bring:

• 6+ years of experience in UX/UI or experience design
• Strong skills in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage stakeholders
• Experience with Agile, Lean, and Design Sprint methodologies
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
