About the role: 

As a UX Designer, you will be critical in shaping intuitive and user-focused experiences for our platform. Working closely with product managers, developers, and other designers, you will contribute to all stages of the design process, from research to high-fidelity prototypes. Your designs will help ensure our tools are accessible, engaging, and aligned with user needs.

Essential duties and responsibilities: 

Contribute to UX Design Projects:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centered solutions that address complex workflows.

• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.

Conduct User Research and Testing:

• Gather and analyze user feedback through interviews, surveys, and usability tests.

• Use insights from research to inform and iterate on designs.

Develop High-Fidelity Designs:

• Translate concepts into detailed UI designs and ensure consistency with the design system.

• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.

Improve Navigation and User Journeys:

• Optimize user flows and navigation for better usability and engagement.

• Leverage analytics and user behavior data to refine and enhance experiences.

Collaborate on Design Systems:

• Maintain and contribute to the evolution of the design system.

• Ensure visual and interaction consistency across the platform.

Education, Experience & Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field.

• 2-4 years of professional experience in UX design with a focus on creating intuitive digital products.

Design Expertise:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

• Solid portfolio showcasing experience in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.

Personal Qualities:

• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to translate user needs into elegant design solutions.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and grow.

• A user-first mindset and a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
