Job Description:
Proofpoint is seeking a talented UX Designer to help shape the future of our Data Security & Posture products. In this remote or hybrid position based out of our Cordoba office, you will work alongside a collaborative team of UX Designers, Developers, and Product Managers to craft thoughtful, visually compelling, and highly usable solutions that bring real value to our customers.
We are looking for someone who proactively seeks users’ problems and opportunities for design improvements, stays curious and open-minded, always looking to learn new tools, methods, and approaches, thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment with evolving priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design user-centered experiences from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups, with a strong emphasis on visual clarity, hierarchy, and aesthetic quality.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout an agile product development cycle.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and rapid iteration processes.
Translate complex information and workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces and data visualizations.
Apply and contribute to existing design systems to ensure consistency across the platform.
Present your design work clearly and confidently, incorporating feedback thoughtfully.
Requirements:
Human Factors or Design related degree, or equivalent industry experience.
2+ years of UX design experience
Experience in SaaS/Cloud applications for Big Data is a plus.
Solid foundation in interaction design, information architecture, and user-centric methodologies.
Keen eye for visual details and a passion for elevating the look and feel of software products.
Flexibility on switching context and working with different teams
Comfortable working iteratively in a fast-paced environment and open to feedback in a collaborative environment.
Proficiency with Figma and other design tools
Strong portfolio that highlights beautiful, well-crafted user interfaces highlighting challenges, iterations, and measurable outcomes.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
