Job Summary
We are seeking a UX Designer with a comprehensive understanding of the current state of web technology and best practices and critical awareness of implications on user-centered design and functionality. We believe that great design has the ability to engage and inspire users, and we strive to rethink and redefine how users interact with applications and products. The UX Designer is an innovative thinker and strategic problem solver who is as analytical as they are creative.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or assist in user research activities.
- Create wireframes and low/high-fidelity prototypes.
- Conduct and analyze usability tests.
- Collaborate closely with UI designers and developers.
- Participate in UX projects and design tasks.
- Leads UX projects or components.
- Contributes to strategic UX initiatives.
- Aligns work with the company's UX vision.
- Exemplifies and promotes the company's Core Values.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2-4 years professional experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in UX design principles and user-centered design.
- Proficiency in UX design tools and methodologies.
- Strong user research skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
