TEAM & CULTURE

In this role, you'll work effectively within a team, demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills. USER EXPERIENCE

You'll conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points and behaviours. You'll also create user journey maps and service blueprints to visualize the end-to-end user experience as well facilitate co-creation workshops with stakeholders to generate innovative ideas and solutions. Last but not least you'll develop prototypes (supported by our engineering team) and conduct usability testing to refine service designs.

PRODUCT OWNERSHIP

You'll take on end-to-end ownership for initiatives from the initial concept through to rollout. You'll also conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform build or buy decisions. Supporting the service owner in prioritizing initiatives based on business value, you'll handle user demands and technical feasibility. Finally, you'll contribute to the product backlog including writing comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

Proven practical experience as UX Designer (preferable for cloud-based services)

Experience in domain driven design (DDD) principles and applying its methods and tools

Degree in design or media technology with several years of relevant experience

Fluent in English, German is a plus

Experience in design thinking, requirement engineering and its methods to bridge the gap between business and our technology department

Understanding of Product Ownership and how to improve services

Communicative team player with an analytical mind-set willing to take responsibility and drive topics

(Optional) Understanding of software engineering to drive the design and implementation of solutions with development teams following agile methodologies throughout the entire lifecycle

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2446 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
