Your Profile

  • At least 2+ years of work experience in User Experience Design with a related portfolio (preferably in the mobile application environment)
  • Experience in building user stories, journeys, and flows
  • Experience in creating wireframes and prototypes
  • Knowledge of at least one of the design and prototyping tools (preferably in Figma)
  • Staying up to date with mobile application experiences
  • Preferably experience in various user research practices enough to discover best practices, observe user behaviors, build empathy with various personas, understand user needs and improve solutions depending on qualitative and quantitative data collected
  • Preferably experience or familiarity with UX writing
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a reputable university preferably in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or other related departments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Never-ending desire to gather feedback, grow and learn
  • Passion for digital products, generally tech-interested and tech-savvy
  • Highly motivated and responsible
  • Passion for problem-solving: You must be able to tackle new, unfamiliar, and possibly daunting problems—to break them down into manageable bits and solve them
  • Strong work ethics, positive attitude, and leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities
  • A hacker and creative mindset

Responsibilities

  • Build fluid flows appropriate to user behavior and needs
  • Design creative and thoughtful user experiences that are functional, usable, and pleasant
  • Create wireframes and prototypes to test and forward to UI designers
  • Review, and iterate designs
  • Be involved in user research practices as much as possible
  • Work closely with other designers, product management, and front end developers
