Develop performance marketing strategies, manage advertising campaigns and budgets, optimize ROAS, CPI, CAC, LTV, and retention, and oversee AppsFlyer or Adjust integrations. Lead creative testing, identify growth opportunities, conduct market research, collaborate with Product, Data, and Creative teams, establish KPIs, and mentor the marketing team.

Lead Lyrebird Studio’s Data Team across analytics, data engineering, and data science. Own data strategy, team development, pipelines, warehousing, subscription lifecycle data, attribution and ROAS modeling, KPI dashboards, experimentation, cohort analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling. Translate mobile app and performance marketing data into actionable business recommendations while partnering with Product, Marketing, User Acquisition, Engineering, and senior stakeholders.
