InvGate is a fast growing SaaS company that develops products for IT management and service automation, used by clients in over 50 countries in industries such as banking, e-commerce, education and technology.
To support our continuous growth we are looking for a highly talented and creative UX Designer to join our team.
The position:
As an UX Designer, you will be crucial in creating intuitive and performing user experiences for our digital products. You will be responsible for providing design solutions based on user needs and Product requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product team to bring the best possible solutions to customers and users.
- Deeply understand user needs and problems by implementing user research methodology.
- Design user flows that enhance user experience and user productivity.
- Perform user testing to iterate solution proposals by incorporating user feedback.
- Incorporate product qualitative and quantitative to user centered designs.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.
- Align technical needs and requirements with the engineering team.
- Accountability for how the final product looks like ensuring that the engineering team delivers what was exactly designed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role in the software industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, technical implementation, and user-centered design.
- Being able to create clear & crisp prototypes to share solution proposals with different areas.
- Solid understanding of user research methodology.
- Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced or bilingual level of English it’s a plus.
