Do you want to play a key role in designing intuitive user interfaces and improving our market leading multi-domain master data management software solutions?

We are currently on a quest to find a talented and confident colleague to join us for a period of 10-12 months, starting November 2024. Joining Stibo Systems, you will become part of a collaborative work environment and build software that is used globally by some of the world’s largest enterprises.

The candidate

You have well documented skills and 2-4 years of work experience as a UX designer, and you have experience with B2B enterprise software or B2B business models. You are interested in working with complex enterprise software and building user flows for highly specialized users.

In addition, it’s important to us that you have skills or experience in these areas:

  • User journey focused UIs
  • Building, maintaining and documenting a design system
  • Working in agile and scrum frameworks
  • UX analytics tools to gather qualitative and quantitative insights and transform raw data into valuable information for solving real business problems

The job

You will be part of the UX team and report to the UX senior manager, and you will conduct your day-to-day work with one or more product teams in the organization. You will be involved in and have responsibility for these main tasks:

  • Building and improving the user journeys in the UIs of our current product lines
  • Ongoing product discovery and subsequent analysis, utilizing your qualitative and quantitative research skills, and communicating the findings to stakeholders
  • Designing low-fidelity prototypes to be used in product discovery with customers and high-fidelity prototypes for development and delivery.
  • Documenting design work to ensure consistency across teams and building guidelines to establish quality in collaborations
  • Close collaboration with the product management team, engineering (R&D), and other UX practitioners

You are

  • Skilled in Figma or similar UX design applications (Adobe XD, Sketch, inVision, etc)
  • Experienced in design system maturity and in building a reusable and scalable component library
  • Not a stranger to digital accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to implement them
  • Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with different internal and external stakeholders. Danish is a plus but not a requirement
  • Familiar with the product operating model
  • A creative, open-minded person who is willing to try new things, experiment, fail and learn
  • A collaborator, putting the team effort first
  • Curious, energetic, and positive
  • A self-starter who can drive your work forward, but knows when to ask for a second opinion

The UX team

You get to work with passionate people. We are ambitious about our craft and motivated by collaboration for success. We have multiple professional backgrounds, and we complement each other’s skills. We are self-governed and independent, but we always have each other’s back. We work hard but keep room for play, and we strive to make our work environment fun and inclusive.

“The team is diverse in professional background, nationality, and sense of humor. We know that sharing a laugh is often the shortest distance between people and we practice this at any given opportunity. We also keep a stock of vegan chocolate for emergencies (‘emergencies’ being very broadly defined).” Signe Schou, Senior Manager, UX

The team is based in our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark. We work hybrid across our office locations in Europe and NA. Our customers are global enterprises, so you will be communicating with a wide range of cultures, languages, and industries.
