Responsibilities:
- Identifying target user groups and carry out interviews or other types of inquiry to help understand user needs
- Ensuring the creation and implementation of customized experiences for the digital user
- Producing high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards and site maps
- Providing guidance on the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior
- Constantly learning and staying up to date on industry trends
- Perform tests on user interface elementsCollaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to understand project goals and user requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Experience with Figma is a must
- Familiarity with user research techniques and usability testing
- Understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile environment
- Experience designing for web and mobile applications is preferred
- English
