We are seeking a skilled and creative UX Designer to join our team. You will focus on designing seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct user research with school teachers, students, and partner admins to understand pain points in using the LMS, coding tools, or AI kit instructions.
- Develop user personas for different stakeholders: primary students, high school coders, non-technical teachers, and school administrators.
- Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to improve navigation, engagement, and learning outcomes on the LMS and mobile platforms.
- Identify UX gaps in tools like AI Code Editor, Robotics Simulations, and Quiz/Game Modules — and recommend improvements.
- Run usability testing sessions (remote or on-site) with schools using Cyber Square platforms and iterate based on insights.
- Work closely with UI designers to ensure that the visual design matches the intended experience.
- Collaborate with product managers and the curriculum team to align UX decisions with learning goals and pedagogical frameworks.
- Ensure UX continuity across different modules: coding labs, training dashboards, support/help sections, and certificate systems.
Requirements
Skills :
- Strong command of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Ability to design low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first design, and accessibility standards.
- Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus (for communication with developers).
Eligibility :
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on UX design experience.
- Portfolio showcasing real UX design projects is mandatory (attach or link during application).
