We are looking for a skilled and experienced UX designer (+4yr) to for website& portal design related content pages. The ideal candidate is independent, analytical strong and has experience with content management systems (CMS).
What you are going to do
You’ll be part of the ‘Content Transformation’ project within the department of Customer & Digital (C&D), and will have frequent contact with UXD from other departments. Within the project NN will migrate the current headful CMS towards Bloomreach CMS in a headless setup for the websites of nn.nl, nn-group.com & adviseur.nn.nl. Within the project you design page component, validate designs with stakeholders and support the development teams of the CMS and Design system during implementation.
- Help facilitate workshops and creative sessions (like a Design Sprint)
- Design and iterate on wireframes and interactive prototypes, using (or even contributing to) the NN Design System
- Validate designs with stakeholders
- Closely collaborate with UX Design Systems & CMS
- Support development team in design and behaviour

Who you are
- Experience with applying your user research, information architecture, and (mobile) interaction design skills
- Experience with ideation techniques, facilitating creative sessions, and co-creating with other colleagues to create shared ownership of designs
- Experience with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma (Enterprise)
- You have superior communications and are able to create standardize uniform designs. Native Dutch is an advantage
- You are pro-active, pragmatic and you have a flexible attitude
